That´s what your role is all about
- You will manage the budgeting process and the preparation of forecast calculations, together with the responsible persons in the company.
- You will monitor the company´s performance through continuous controlling and prepare meaningful reports and variance analyses for the management to ensure transparency and decision-making.
- As part of cost accounting, you will define the calculation schemes for production costs, hourly rates, etc. as the basis for our pricing.
- Drawing on your expertise, you will work with the relevant managers to establish meaningful KPI´s for performance management and further develop the existing controlling tools.
- You will motivate, develop and lead a team of financial experts to achieve performance and promote a culture of collaboration.
You can utilise these skills
- You have a completed higher business education preferably business university/MBA.
- Ideally, you also have a technical background and/or experience in manufacturing.
- You already have some experience in leading a team or project groups.
- Despite your precise and analytical approach, you always have a holistic view of the company.
- Your proficiency in German and English as well as your excellent communication skills make you a respected contact person for the specialist departments.

The salary for this position starts at approx. Euro 4.500,-- gross per month, depending on previous experience and qualifications.
