Area Service Manager (m/w/d)
Your Contribution
Technically skilled and highly organized, you are eager to take on the role of a dedicated point of contact for a defined regional portfolio, where you will significantly shape service quality and customer satisfaction. Your flexible availability—both on-site and remote—ensures seamless project execution and the highest standards of service excellence.
That´s what your role is all about
- You implement service concepts within your area of responsibility and ensure efficient installation planning for our international customers.
- You plan and coordinate technician deployments, allocate resources effectively, and optimize utilization to meet operational goals.
- As the central point of contact for your region, you assume technical and organizational responsibility for service delivery and customer support.
- You maintain close relationships with customers, conducting regular visits to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
- Representing our company at international trade fairs, you present our solutions and continuously expand your professional network.
- You develop solution strategies and provide expert support to our customers, with up to 25% travel to ensure targeted on-site presence and service excellence.
You can utilise these skills
- You have completed technical training in metalworking, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
- You bring 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in commissioning or assembly.
- Your German and English skills are proficient, and additional languages are a welcome asset.
- You are highly skilled in using MS Office as a matter of course.
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to work collaboratively and solution-oriented with both teams and customers.
- You combine a sense of adventure with resilience, allowing you to perform professionally even in demanding environments.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary is Euro 3.458,06 gross/month. Based on qualifications and existing previous exeperience we will pay on market level.
